The Energized Republic!

India - the republic is made by the people, for the people and its success is defined by the efforts of the people. India stands tall among the power echelons despite being subjected to years of colonial rule, which made the country lose its tag of a golden country, where everyone was invited to support its growth story. 

The Republic of India is different from how it was in the 1700s and 1800s because of colonialism and power-hungry teams who took it for a ride and overpowered the common people.

When the nation gained independence in the late 1940s, it was a fractured nation with many princely states and areas governed by kings and administrators. The forefathers and respectful mothers were tasked with uniting a nation that had seen years of inept attitude lashed upon them. 

This newly formed nation needed to be bound by laws and a constitution which would ensure everyone found a level playing field and each Indian could brim with pride. 

26th January 1950 was a watershed moment in the history of this new nation; the constitution would empower and enable lives to dream big, implement with intent and take the nation to new heights. 

The Republic of India has crossed 76 years of being a secular and sovereign nation; it does have its fair share of challenges, however, it does function on the efforts of its people who keep the flag of the nation flying high! 

Let's respect and applaud this republic; India has always been a potboiler for culture, heritage, science and spirituality; and with more global developments, the Republic of India will rise and grow from strength to strength! 

Let's be part of its growth story! Let's unite to create something extraordinary! Jai Hind! Bharat Mata Ki Jai!
