Q1) Hello Riddhima , Welcome to the interview . Your art was recently selected in the TOP 50 by the Bengal Art Conference . How did you feel ?
Ans- It was a privilege, indeed. It is great to be represented in such an eminent platform with several artists. Several artists present there held an expertise in various forms of art , be it a specific type of painting like Mural , Jamini Art etc. My art consisted of abstract as well as few other paintings.
Q2) How did you draw the inspiration of the girl in dark blue skin colour draped in saree? That was a wonderful piece of art .
Ans- So basically it is a unique depiction of Goddess Kali, which l came up with . The skin colour blue here depicted the shyam varna of Kali Ma. I am really amazed to see so many people showing such love and appreciation for my art . The emotions of people towards this specific art is overflowing and I am really grateful for that.
Thank you so much.
Q3)Are you planning to make some more pieces of art ? What are the topics you are looking forward to?
Ans - Sure.
Abstract art depicting life. I currently do not hold a fix notion or ideology of painting in my mind , but would definitely come up with something innovative very very soon.
Q4) As an author , do you think exhibitions , and international conferences can boost the confidence of authors ?
Ans - Absolutely. These events make authors feel more confident.
Q5) Finally do send a small poem for our readers.
Ans - Summer skies
The scent of mangoes fill the air,
The stalls of the man
Who sells ice cream
As cold as the snows of Siberia
Yet,
As sweet as caramelized sugar
Fill up the ambience.
The sumptuous slices of watermelon
As red as the dawn sun
And as green as lush meadows
Are all a part of the summer skies .
