 The raindrops 

Piercing through the heart of the serenity, 

As luminous as the sun itself

The raindrops fall

Onto the surface of the wretched earth.

The smell of the moist earth

Reminds me of the old days

When my linen cardigan 

Would stick to your blue sweatshirt.
